Marshall Heat Treatment Capabilities.

Marshall Gears offers complete heat treating services. Utilizing state-of-the-art metallurgical processes, we can assure the quality of material for your gearing. Our capabilities include stress relieving, through hardening , and surface hardening. We have in-house metallurgical expertise to fully monitor the chemistry and properties of the materials. Our gas carburizing and hardening equipment is among the most advanced in the world, with capabilities of handling 16 foot long, 75 inch diameter parts weighing 60,000 lbs.

We have registered SSI unit, with over 40 years of experience. We are continuously striving to provide unparalleled quality products and services through the use of well equipped equipments and trained professionals. Our testing department check each and every aspect of these products vigorously. This reflects our quality orientation and our care towards our customer. It is our policy to operate a Quality Assurance System to meet the requirements of International Standard to ensure that consistent control is established, implemented and maintained.

The entire manufacturing system is approved by various quality inspection organizations. The entire manufacturing process within our organization is a good example of appropriate coordination between the manual and automatic system. The performances of the various machineries and equipment of our manufacturing units are consistent and reliable. The manufacturing structure is designed in such an order so that the manufacturing cost remain low and there is a great flexibility present in it.
